KnifeTW

Shipping Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

KnifeTW ships eligible products internationally from China. Availability depends on the destination, product, knife laws, carrier acceptance, sanctions, customs rules, and checkout validation.

Processing time

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends, Chinese public holidays, verification reviews, address issues, customization, and exceptional order volume may add time. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is US$14.95. Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$99 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before duties or taxes. Remote-area, special-handling, or alternative-carrier charges may be shown at checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates

Available delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. International transit commonly varies by destination and customs and is not guaranteed. Weather, security reviews, carrier disruption, customs inspections, and local restrictions may cause delay. Where law requires, KnifeTW will notify customers of a material delay and provide applicable cancellation or refund options.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the number appears in the customer account after dispatch. Carrier scans may take 24 to 72 hours to appear. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may not update every day while crossing borders.

Address changes

Enter a complete address, postal code, telephone number, and recipient name that match local delivery requirements. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. An address cannot normally be changed after dispatch, and KnifeTW is not responsible for delay or loss caused by an incorrect customer-provided address, except where law requires otherwise.

Customs, duties, and importer responsibility

The recipient is normally the importer of record and is responsible for checking local knife and import laws. Import VAT, duties, brokerage, permits, inspections, and local fees are not included unless checkout expressly says so. Customs authorities may open, delay, refuse, or seize a parcel. KnifeTW cannot promise clearance of products prohibited at the destination.

Restricted destinations and products

Some knives, blade lengths, locks, assisted-opening products, or accessories cannot be shipped to certain locations. KnifeTW may request age verification, remove a restricted item, use a different service, or cancel and refund an affected order. Customers must not use forwarding services to evade restrictions.

Split shipments

Orders may be divided into multiple parcels because of stock location, size, safety, or carrier requirements. Separate tracking numbers may be issued without additional standard shipping charges unless agreed before dispatch.

Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels

Inspect delivery and keep the packaging. Report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect product preferably within 7 days with the order number and photos. For a parcel that appears lost or stops updating for an unusual period, contact support so KnifeTW can open a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund depends on the investigation and applicable law.

Failed delivery, refusal, and return to sender

The customer is responsible for receiving the parcel and responding to carrier or customs requests. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned for an incorrect address, or rejected because duties were not paid, reshipping requires payment of new charges. Any refund may be reduced by actual shipping, return, storage, duty, or carrier costs where permitted by law.
