Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from KnifeTW. It supplements any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

30-day voluntary return

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind products must be unused, uncarried, unsharpened, unmodified, complete, and in the original packaging with accessories and documentation. Custom, engraved, personalized, used, altered, incomplete, or clearly marked final-sale products are not eligible unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Contact support@knifetw.com before sending anything. Include the order number, item, reason, and clear photos when damage, defect, or incorrect delivery is involved. Wait for return authorization and the return address. Unauthorized or cash-on-delivery returns may be refused. Use tracked shipping and keep the receipt.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays tracked return shipping and any non-refundable import or carrier charges. When KnifeTW confirms that an item was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, KnifeTW will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable approved return costs. These rules do not reduce mandatory local rights.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect the parcel promptly. Contact us preferably within 7 days after delivery with photos of the outer packaging, label, product, and damage. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Inspection and refunds

Returned products are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5 to 10 business days. Original outbound shipping and customs charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Cancellations

Contact support immediately to request cancellation. An unpaid order may be cancelled before processing. A paid order can be cancelled only before dispatch; once shipped, the return process applies. KnifeTW cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped after warehouse processing begins.

Refused or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect address, or rejected for unpaid duties, the refund may be reduced by actual outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, storage, or carrier charges where permitted by law.

EU and other mandatory rights

Eligible EU distance-sale customers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right in addition to this voluntary policy, subject to legal exceptions. Faulty goods may also carry non-waivable conformity or guarantee rights. Other countries may provide different mandatory rights.
