These Terms govern use of the KnifeTW website and purchases made directly from KnifeTW. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Eligibility and knife-law responsibility
You must be an adult with legal capacity and be legally permitted to purchase, import, possess, receive, and use the products in your destination. Knife laws vary by country, state, province, and city. You are responsible for age limits, blade restrictions, locking mechanisms, import permits, carry rules, and lawful use. KnifeTW may request age or identity verification and may refuse restricted orders.
Accounts
Provide accurate, current information and protect your password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. KnifeTW may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.
Products and information
We aim to show accurate descriptions, specifications, colors, images, videos, availability, and pricing. Screen colors and handmade or production-batch details may vary reasonably. Obvious typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors may be corrected before dispatch. Product information is not legal advice.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Store prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown where available before payment or may be collected by destination authorities. Payment is processed by enabled third-party providers. You authorize the selected provider to charge the confirmed amount and agree to its terms. KnifeTW does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Automated receipt does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when KnifeTW confirms processing or dispatch. We may review, limit, or cancel an order because of stock, payment, pricing error, address risk, fraud, age, sanctions, carrier limits, or knife restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled by KnifeTW, the affected amount will be refunded.
Shipping, title, and returns
The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless mandatory law says otherwise. Risk and title transfer according to applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement. Do not reship products to prohibited destinations.
Safe and lawful use
KnifeTW products are sold as outdoor, kitchen, collection, maintenance, and utility tools. Do not use them unlawfully, threaten others, defeat safety mechanisms, or provide them to prohibited persons. Follow product instructions, safe handling practices, and local laws.
Reviews and customer content
Content you submit must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and must not infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights. You grant KnifeTW a non-exclusive right to display, translate, format, and moderate submitted reviews for store operation. We may remove spam, abuse, unlawful content, or reviews unrelated to a verified purchase.
Intellectual property
KnifeTW names, logos, site design, text, product media, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal shopping use is allowed. Copying, scraping, republishing, reverse engineering, or commercial use without permission is prohibited except where law allows.
Service availability and force majeure
The site may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failures, carrier disruption, customs action, disasters, conflict, epidemics, or events beyond reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to resume service and handle affected orders.
Disclaimer and limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnifeTW is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by unlawful use, customer-provided errors, prohibited import, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in the customer location.
Disputes and governing rules
Contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue. Applicable law and competent courts depend on the transaction and destination, and mandatory consumer protections in your country remain available.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes. The version published when an order is placed normally governs that order. Questions: support@knifetw.com.
