KnifeTW

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

KnifeTW operates an international online store for outdoor knives and accessories. Privacy questions can be sent to support@knifetw.com or to No. 120, Pingjiao Industrial Zone, Jiangcheng, Yangjiang, Guangdong, China.

Information we collect

We may collect account and profile details, contact and delivery addresses, order and refund records, payment status, device and security data, IP address, browser information, saved cart and favorites, product reviews, and customer-support messages. Payment providers process card or wallet credentials; KnifeTW does not store complete card numbers.

Sources and purposes

Information comes from you, your device, payment and delivery providers, and fraud-prevention services. We use it to create and secure accounts, process payments, fulfil and track orders, provide returns and support, personalize language and store settings, prevent misuse, keep business records, comply with law, and improve our services. Where applicable, processing is based on contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, language, cart, security, and checkout. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used only when enabled and when required consent has been obtained. Browser settings can block cookies, but essential functions may then stop working.

Sharing and international processing

We share only necessary information with payment providers, carriers, cloud hosting, email, support, analytics, security, and professional advisers. Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, KnifeTW uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected and applicable accounting, tax, anti-fraud, dispute, warranty, or legal requirements. Access is restricted and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. No online system can guarantee absolute security. When retention is no longer required, information is deleted or anonymized.

Delete your account

Sign in and open My Account > Profile > Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion. KnifeTW immediately disables the account, invalidates access, deletes saved addresses, cart, favorites, and device registrations, and anonymizes direct profile identifiers. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Information that may remain after deletion

Order, payment, refund, shipping, support, review, security, and accounting records may be retained only to complete an existing transaction, protect users, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with law. Retained records are access-restricted and are not used to reactivate the account or for marketing.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of eligible information. Mandatory retention and legal-claim exceptions may apply. We may verify identity before completing a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

KnifeTW products and accounts are intended for adults who may lawfully purchase knives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will publish the new effective date. For privacy requests that cannot be completed in your account, contact support@knifetw.com.
