The 'Midnight Glory Knife' was crafted to honor Petty Officer Second Class Marc Allen Lee, the first Navy SEAL to fall in the Iraq War. In 2006, Marc Lee bravely gave his life during a mission in an Iraqi city, leaving behind a legacy of courage and selflessness.
The knife's name is inspired by a poignant line from Marc Lee's letter to his family: "Glory is something that some men chase and others find themselves stumbling upon…" To commemorate his spirit, Benchmade engraved the SEAL trident, Marc Lee's rank, and the date of his ultimate sacrifice on the blade.
Proceeds from the sale of this knife support the soon-to-be-established Marc Lee Foundation, furthering his legacy of patriotism and valor.
